VISA REQUIREMENT & PERMIT OF STAY
Visa Requirement and Permit of Stay
Valid Visa Entry and/or Permit of Stay is mandatory for Non-Indian applicants for the entire period of stay. In the event of visa rejection or cancellation, applicants will not be eligible for a refund for an enrolled programme. All decisions remain at the sole discretion of EIL India and its Office Bearers.
NO refund will be issued for any dismissed participant or incompletion of the programme for whatsoever reasons.All legal, administrative and miscellaneous costs incurred for dismissing a participant for disrepute to programme, repatriation, or terminating their participation in the activity or programme, will be borne entirely by the participant.
EIL India reserves rights to dismiss an International Participant (IP) from the programme for the following reasons:
Providing false Information
Drug & alcohol abuse
Violating Indian Laws
Serious or recurring behavioural issue
Non-attendance of programme
Rude behaviour / conduct
Non-observance of travel rules
Unauthorized driving

CERTIFICATION:
EIL India offers Certificate to Participants for programmes and activities within its operational scope. The Certificate serves as a proof of Attendance only and does not constitute a professional qualification, legal certification or formal accreditation. It carries no Legal status, statutory authority, or binding legal obligations.
